- Structured training with Parity leading to a Chartered Management Institute diploma at level 5 and a food related qualification from The College of Agriculture, Food and Rural Enterprise at Loughry.
- A challenging 17 week Business Improvement Project.

Who is eligible to apply?
- The programme is open to those who have graduated within the preceding three years of the date of application or who will be graduating this year with a degree/HND qualification
- Applications will only be considered from students graduating in non food related disciplines. This will preclude any graduates from QUB (Food Safety, Quality and Nutrition), UU (Food Nutrition), CAFRE (Food Technology and Food Supply Management) or any other institute with a food related HND/Degree
- Only EU Nationals may apply

PLUS+ was developed in response to the needs of industry.
The PLUS+ programme gives you the opportunity to:
- Recruit a trained and talented graduate into your company who has a fresh perspective, initiative, drive and enthusiasm.
- Drive forward an area of your business in sales/marketing, finance, promotion, quality, human resources, technology or ICT through the graduate’s completion of a 17 week Business Improvement Project. The outputs of previous PLUS+ projects have averaged at £15,000.
- Receive support from an experienced Parity consultant.
Over the years Parity’s consultancy team have developed close working relationships within the Agri-Food sector - we know the key issues and challenges you face and understand your business needs. This allows us to match the most suitable graduate to your Project.
