Parity wins award to supply Interim Management through Catalist Framework

Parity, the IT Business and Technology Service Group has been awarded a Catalist Framework Agreement by OGCbuying solutions to supply Interim IT Management to the public sector.

Parity's Resources business has been successful in winning the IT Interim Management award to supply through OGCbuying.solutions' framework, Catalist. This is in addition to their recent win to supply resources through Catalist's Specialist Contractors framework in both the IT and Project and Programme Management categories.

Interim Management is increasingly acknowledged as one of the most flexible and immediately effective resourcing solutions for instant access to top talent and a powerful alternative to traditional resourcing and consultancy solutions. "The demand for Interim Management is growing at 20% per annum and being driven by a need for change among organisations" says Alan Rommel, Corporate Accounts Director at Parity Resources.

Interims have the skills and competencies in managing business critical projects and the knowledge of how to approach problems, combined with an ability to quickly become productive in demanding situations. An increasing number of successful business professionals who thrive on variety, delivery value and complex organisational challenges requiring the management of change are choosing this profession.

Alan Rommel continues, "Being given the opportunity to supply through this framework really is testimony to our commitment to the public sector. It builds on our long-standing reputation for providing high-quality staff to a large number of public sector bodies. It also underlines the fact that Parity has the capacity and expertise to provide candidates that can solve complex business and technical issues. "

Parity has generated total revenues of over £60 million through public sector work alone during 2005 with over £30 million of this being generated through S-Cat, enjoying an excellent relationship with OGCbuying.solutions over the last few years. This new framework will help develop a further foothold for Parity in the public sector.
