New ISEB accredited training course from Parity helps organisations avoid IT disasters
ISEB has announced that Parity, the IT and Business Services company, is among the first fully accredited training providers for the Practitioner Certificate in IT Service Continuity Management module
The public sector and commercial organisations have grown increasingly dependent on technology to operate efficiently and drive business performance, so when problems or incidents occur, it is vital that IT services and facilities can be recovered within required and agreed timescales. ITILŪ is recognised internationally as providing standard processes for Service Management generally and its IT Service Continuity Management Process addresses this area directly; Parity's new course integrates with its other ITILŪ courses at Foundation, Practitioner and Manager levels.
Rick Firth, Managing Director of Parity Training comments, "Parity is delighted to have been one of the first training providers to be granted full accreditation by ISEB for this ITILŪ based Service Management area. We are seeing high demand for our Service Management courses in the market and this builds on our strong portfolio of ITILŪ accredited courses."
By gaining an ISEB Practitioner Certificate in Service Continuity Management, IT professionals will learn the skills based on ITILŪ best practice to develop and implement business continuity strategies and plans to keep IT services available in the event of a crisis, as well improve their awareness of other ITILŪ Service Management processes.
Parity, known for its IT and Management Training and Learning Solutions already offers a wide range of ISEB Accredited training courses that fit within the new ISEB Framework.
