Dun & Bradstreet was looking to find one preferred supplier of learning solutions who would be able to help meet the company's evolving IT skills development needs.
Katy Phipps, D&B's Training Manager, commented:
'As well as looking to reskill technical staff we underwent a reorganisation of the training support team which meant that we had less resource available for the management and administration of training. As a result we set up an agreement with Parity's Managed Programmes Office which meant that they administered all bookings, both for Parity courses and other third party supplier training that we needed.'
'The working relationship with Parity has been excellent. The efficiency with which they handle our technical requirements has meant that a lot less time is spent on administration and course research. This has left us free to liaise more closely with our internal customers and therefore ensure that appropriate development is offered to all staff.'
