Role Description |
To develop highly effective personal sales plans and implement them to deliver TMS sales in line with business objectives and revenue and cost targets. Ensuring the TMS portfolio is promoted proactively and effectively to a wide range of prospects and stakeholders, meetings clients and exploring their talent development needs, proposing solutions and closing sales. Managing the whole sales cycle with clients, from initial meeting through to sale and beyond and managing key accounts and building long term customer relationships and revenue streams. |

Skills & Experience Required |
Graduate level or equivalent, with a proven successful sales track record preferably business to business sales or within a fast paced high volume environment. Good record of managing key accounts and experience of building relationships with a wide portfolio of clients. Evidence of an ability to engage with clients to understand their requirements and pitch a solution effectively. Experience of negotiating and closing sales effectively.
Excellent interpersonal, listening and presentation skills, strong oral and written communication skills. High sales focus with an ability to define actions that will impact results. The ability to negotiate with clients at all levels and capable of building rapport with clients and forming strong relationships Very strong organisational skills – able to prioritise workload, multi task, & meet deadlines effectively. Commercially aware. |
